ALTERNATORS & STARTER MOTORS
The CV21GE (Analog) and the CV21BP (Digital) are combination test benches for 6, 12 and 24 Volt starter motors and alternators. The drive motor is PLC controlled and has a capacity of 7.5 kW. This makes it possible to test alternators to a capacity of 200 amperes and 240 amperes at 24 Volts. To test maximum capacities, the CV21GE is fitted with resistors to a capacity of 4800 Watts. The motor is driven at two fixed rpm (1500 or 3000 rpm), or fitted with a variable regulator.
